LJST will donate 1 birthday cake, in the child's choice of theme or color. The child can be in the foster system or of a low income needy family that could not afford one otherwise. The purchase of this donated cake will be delivered to the recipient child at no charge to them at all. At this time, the child must be under the age of 18 and reside in Columbia County, Fl.
